Need Help please, ENGINE KNOCKING ???

Hi everyone, Just got my 2nd fx but this time it a 2003 fx45. The car has 98k on it and got it for a pretty good deal. The car drive good but when i start up the car in the morning, I would hear this knocking sound? When I'm driving in town at low RPM i would still hear the knocking sound as i give it gas or at idel but when i go pass 3k i would not hear it anymore ? I had read hear some people had this problem but they ended up taking it to the dealer under warranty. As ofcouse i don't have the luxury of warranty anymore. I just wanted to know if anyone here can help me pin point what the problem was or where should i start looking ? As of now i'm thinking it can be the timing chain ? If anyone can help me, i greatly appreciate it

It will help if we can hear the knocking noise you have. Post up a sound clip or video if you could. Just a thought, have you check your oil level?
