Navigation Radio for 2007 FX 35

I have a 07 FX 35 with the factory installed Bose system w/ back up camera, sirus radio and bluetooth handsfree, but no nav. Is there a module I can install to turn the radio into a navigation system? Or do I have to buy a completely new system? If I have to buy a new system I would prefer to get OEM. Can anyone tell me where I could get the OEM Navogation radio? Thanks.

There is no simple way to just install a navigation unit into the fx system. If you want the oem nav system, I believe you will have to replace entire audio system. The simplest and the most cost effective alternative would be to go aftermarket.
