Nav TV or other recommended plug n play to bypass the non motion dvd player

Hi all. I have a 11 FX35 and would like to be able to play the DVD while car is in motion or in drive. Ive heard there are some plug and play products out there that I can simply have a stereo shop install. Can you guys help me out from your experience? Thanks!
