Nav/Radio console rebooting itself

My 2010 FX Nav/Radio console sometimes would flickers and then reboot itself right after ignition. This happens like once every 3, 4 months. I used to just ignore it because it only reboot once and it's back to normal. But yesterday, it kept rebooting every minutes while I was driving. I turned off the ignition and restart the car again and it went back to normal.

Anyone knows what's the cause?

The dealer can't reproduce the problem. This happens about once a month.

Anyone has the same issue?

I had a HUGE issue with this...they said there was a TSB for it (check my post in the TSB section) and replaced my entire unit. As of a couple weeks ago, it started doing it again. I took videos of it from my cell phone last time when it would reboot 3-4 times in a row and that's when they replaced my stereo unit...now it's happened about 8 times in the past week but I keep missing the video recording on my phone...but I'll get it...tell your dealer there is a TSB for it. If you need more info on the TSB I can get the info from my service rep...

could you please give me more info on the TSB? Yeah, that's a good idea. i am going to record video of it when this happens again.

FYI finally had this issue resolved last week...they called it the "iPhone 5 Software Update" (even though I have an iPhone 4S so not sure if in fact the iPhone has anything to do with it at all...just wanted to report what I had done...it was free btw...not sure if it's technically a TSB or not)

When I purchased my 2010 FX50 this year, they replaced the entire unit in my ride with an updated unit.

Was it still under warranty?
I bought the car used this Spring at an Infiniti Dealers, and they said it was covered. They also replaced the maple veneer on the console because there was a small crack or scratch in it.
