My first month with the FX!

I have owned and driven my (new to me) '04 FX45 for a month now. I just took my first road trip and will be driving another 6 hours this weekend to float the Comal River in New Braunfels, TX. Needless to say, I love this vehicle. I recently removed all the 3M bra from the front end as it was getting faded and had some spots where it did its job protecting the paint.....getting all the glue off was a pain!!! It polished up real nice and the front end looks new.

I got to use the Nav for the first time and im impressed. One thing that bothers me is that after a certain period of driving, the low pressure tire indicator comes on. I know my new wheels don't have the sensors installed so im assuming thats why?

Going to do my first oil change with Mobil 1 synthetic now lol.....

How do you like the Toyo Proxes S/T II's so far? I have the 20"s and I think they're great... do the 22"s perform well?
 
I like em. I have run Toyo tires on my last 3 vehicles and they all wore and drove great...This is my first time with a lower profile tire and so far so good. I get a slight shimmy in the wheel from about 50-65mph so Im going to go have them re-balanced and see if that helps.

One thing I am getting used to is the flat foot-print of the tire, it does like to wander/follow road patterns a little more, but that is also due to the width. They seem to track well in cornering too.
