My 2012 FX50S w/ OEM Body Kit Pics

looks good. Reminds me of my 1st gen. Maybe start darkening some of the chrome to go with the darkened everything else.... One Idea I had for mine was to brush the chrome or wrap it to look like brushed aluminum

Yes...H&R Springs...so about 1.5"

Great, now I want to powder my stock wheels black for the winter lol. Nice ride, I'm not a fan of the OEM skirt kit but it looks nice the way you put it together. Especially with the chrome delete on the sides. Very nice.
 
There were about 13 posts in a row that discussed another's car, it started to look like his garage lol. Just keeping her clean. BTW, your car looks awesome, love scheme.

Hi All,

Just joined IS today and looking forward for all the great tips. I currently own a 2012 Infiniti FX35 with the same color. I have been looking at this thread for some time now and have the following questions:

1) Does the front lip fit onto the FX35, assuming yes?
Found one on ebay, if this does work I might swipe the credit card :)
2) Regarding the side skirts, is that an add-on as well or just painted? if add-on could you please provide part number
3) Part number for rear bumper add-on?

Any help would be appreciated.
 
1) yes it does

2) there is an add-on in the form of the OEM aero kit, but many just paint the side sills body color

3) part number is h5910-1ca5b. heres an ebay auction for the part

Thanks for the information Sideswipe!

I found a front bumper online but it doesn't come with ICC sensor, mine vehicle actually come with ICC sensor. With that being say, what is the down side to installing one without ICC sensor? Is there front bumper with ICC sensor, if so how much more am I expecting to pay more?
 
Are you talking about the front lip. It works on cars with ICC. Infiniti says not to use it with ICC, but it does fit with no problems and the ICC still works. I have installed it on 2 2nd Gens with no problems.
 
Thanks for all the help, ordered the front lip and rear under spoiler. I will have the shop repaint the color on both parts, since the my color wasn't available, along with side skirts . Can't wait to see all of this come together.

Next step is to add a CAI... :smug: I am beginning to like this forum already.:rotfl:
 
Make sure to post pics when you get them installed.
The front lip is by far the best bang for your buck in the appearance department.
