Hi, my name is Al. I own a 2008 FX35 that I would like to keep for as long as possible, but I'm starting to have more and more problems with it. It has about 117,000 miles. I'd like to do more of the costly repairs myself so I figured this forum could help. It's always interesting to me to see how others take care of their vehicles. I'm an electrical engineer that loves getting my hands dirty so hopefully I'll be able to make some contributions to the forum as well.

I was hoping someone can help me out. I'm looking for the service manual online for my 2008 FX35 to help me replace a small 0.5" hose that runs along side the engine under the air intake. It's leaking right at the clamp on the passenger engine side. Looks okay near the air intake side. The dealer and another place that I checked wants nearly $900. Looks like a standard house, but I wanted to check if it has a part # so I can buy the OEM replacement part. Does anybody know of any good places online to get a copy of the service manual?
