Mods of 350z and 08+g35 sedans in 2nd gen fx

newer model of 350z and now the g35 sedans have the same VQ35HR engines and there are some mods out for it already, theoretically they should fit shouldn't they? I want to do an intake and there are already a few out for the HR engine just not specifically for the fx. What kind of problem would i run into or should be aware of?
 
you may need to get an extension (for the intake tube), both those cars have less space under the hood. Also maybe the mounting points.
 
If you can find intake tubes that support the MAF, you can probably use them with silicone couplers to the stock air boxes. The air boxes on the Gs probably won't fit the FX but I'm guessing the tubes will work fine..
