you mean the mph? it's for the intel cruise control.
 
Nice cluster mod Ed! The more I see this mod the more I want to replace mine with the 06+ also. But have to find one with the tech package. Will probably be on the look out for one.
 
OEM is anywhere from $750 to $830 MSRP, and $610 at infinitipartsusa.com.

Not sure why there are different ones for FX35, FX45, AWD, RWD -- I understand the who tech or non-tech.

Maybe awd signs?

Anyway I have no idea what mine came off and it works great.

Here are some more pictures. Also, the under LED mod is really cool too. I keep it a solid yellow/orange to match the interior. Andy liked it so much he's going to do it too=)

^^ you guys don't have an oem light down there? On the 09+ you can just switch to an led of whatever color you want.
 
awesome. Best way to rub it in that I wasn't there is with pictures of food....haha. I'm glad you guys had a blast!
 
Dealer kind of scratched their heads when I said add 84,303 to the odometer reading...

"Wait, an 06+ cluster fits the 03-05?"

Anyway, I noticed pressing my "AWD Lock" button, the dash light is now "SNOW". I know the newer FX's have a "SNOW" Button vs the "AWD Lock" so makes sense.

Wonder why they made the change, I'd rather see AWD Lock so I understand what's going on, vs snow, which I might just assume it starts in second gear or something.
 
I'm down for Mapo, whenever. Just wish it was closer. Have to figure out when there is no traffic to get down there, as 1.5 hours was brutal. The drive back was nothing, then again at like 10 PM.

Plus Mapo is kid friendly so I can bring my devil child who likes to cause chaos everywhere he goes (how long does the terrible twos last???).

BTW - Forgot to give major props to Andy for being a perfectionist. He found out that I had a missing screw (WTF!) to hold the cluster in place. Also, he cleaned the new cluster really well to ensure no dust was on it before he sealed it up. Thanks again Andy.
 
No sweat Ed, that's just me, lol. I was surprise to find a missing screw hat deep inside the cluster.

I ordered 4 amber led strips from ebay. Just love the effect of lighted foot wells, hehehe.

I'll be in Chicago this weekend, but it's father's day weekend so I will be busy the whole time....I'll probably be in Chicago again 3-4 weeks after this weekend.

I know this is way out, but a few of you guys might be interested in coming out for the woodward dream cruise (largest cruise in the US every year that's in Detroit all day on a Sat on August 20). I have 3 open bedrooms and much more open space and more than welcomed to stay up here. It takes about 4 hours to get here (if you are not Andy). Just bring up ideas for the summer.

Jonas, let us know next time you're in town again and have a few hours to hang out. I would love to try your spare tire on for fitment. I promise you will not leave without your spare!
