Midpipe hitting heat shield

Just had a nismo s-tuned exhaust installed and I noticed some buzzing sound in my garage. It looks like the mid pipe is hitting the heat shield. Anybody else experience this? I know I can just carefully bend it away.. just curious.

Just remove the heat shield, and you will be fine. :smile (2):

Won't removing it just produce more heat towards the cabin?

In theory yes. But not by much. I've always done them and never had issued or heard of issues

Mine didn't really interfere with anything on my invidia, but I took it off anyway. Does almost nothing.
