My name is Rico. I live in Dallas, but I'm a diehard Raider's fan. I am the one that gets the fever and buys plenty of tools, but rarely uses them unless I really have to.

I rarely post reviews, but I just felt the need to after my great experience with Austin of USActuators. I am someone that is NOT mechanically inclined. When the power locks went out on all of my doors except the front driver's side, I felt that I didn't have a choice.

Austin made himself available whenever I needed his help. He showed great patience and professionalism as he talked me through the steps that I was having since difficulty with.

The actuator kits works like a charm and saved me a great deal of money.

I'm very happy with the product, but more importantly, the service I received.
