2004 infiniti fx45
anyone on the scene works/knows of infiniti of massapequa on long island NY? planning on getting my car serviced there... rattling noise under my floor board... two different body shops one of them 3x couldnt locate the problem. both suggested going to a dealer.

Give Kenny a call. He not in service but can greet you when you arrive and set you up with them to make sure you're taken care of. He has always gone above and beyond for us here on the forums.
 
Took the FX to Massapequa for the speedo recall. They took care of it and reset my TPMS for my snows. Gave me a loaner hassle-free and finished the work nice and cleanly. Got to see Kenny for a little bit too when he wasn't with clients.

Great dealer for both sales and service!

Yeah, Kenny is awesome. He always watches out for all of his clients.:tup::tup:

He helped me get a good deal on my 09 FX:biggrin:
 
Check to see if your cover underneath were it covers the oil filter if it's cracked when u hit the potholes u hear it or do u hear it even on a smooth road
 
Mine took all day because I had a loaner. However, if I waited around they would have done it in a matter of hours. Some are saying two is enough.

hey 'im here! if you can take a day off during the week we can grab something to eat. I'm off wednesdays -- we'll get Aiya to come out and have dim sum while we wait

Can someone please fix the title to this thread lol. It's Infiniti not Infinity!!
 
Massapequa has been getting bad ratings recently....I would go elsewhere despite the fact Kenny is there. I recommend Competition Infiniti
