M56 Start-up Noise

I purchased a 2011 M56S in Aug. '14. The car was a demo a had only 5,000 miles. In Nov. when the ambient temperature dropped well below freezing, there was a strange noise coming from the engine bay when the car was first started that lasts about 15 seconds then goes away. This noise was not present when I first bought the car. The car is still under warranty. I have brought it two different Infiniti dealers. One can't find the source and the other says it is a normal noise. I have a recording but don't know how to post it. I was wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same noise.

Hmmm... I couldn't really tell what that is. Belt maybe?

The dealer I bought the car from removed the belt but the car still made the noise. They kept the car for a week but was not able to locate the source. I am thinking of contacting Infiniti direct and see where that leads to.

Is it always when below freezing? maybe oil is to thick at those temp.

The noise appeared when the temperatures fell below freezing. When I purchased the car in Aug. the noise wasn't present. Was using a synthetic oil when the video was recorded. The Infiniti dealer replaced with ester oil but the noise is still present.

It may be typical of the V8 at start up. I get the same noise on cool morning. Then it goes away once the car is warm.
