Two questions, are the standard RWD differential s limited slip? With all the space age anti slip technology, I'm not sure what I should expect it to feel like. Just bought this one, Haven't had it on a lift even yet.

I've read somewhere of a "Sports" designated diff with something like 369:1, whereas the regular one might be 330:1 or thereabouts?

Does anyone have a Nissan part #, or Infiniti one?

Oem diff in out cars arent LSD they are open with 3.3 ratio. The Sport diff found in the G37s and Q50s are VLSD with 3.69 ratio.

Here are the main parts you'll need the diff pumpkin and the VLSD diff itself.

Thanks that's what I'm looking for. ™
Is this the higher axle ratio too? 369:1?
I know, I need to do a little more research....
I think this would be a super upgrade. IMHO

Okay, G37 lsd from a manual NOT a direct bolt up!

Maybe if the output shafts from a limited slip differential for an FX 50S, bolt on I'll be in business. I overpaid for those today, should be there tomorrow...

STay tuned...

Fuggetaboutit!

I'm going to just enjoy the VDSC for a while. Too many things can go wrong if I start monkeying with this combo. They're not making it easy.

Nismo didn't even have lsd for second gen. Neither does Infiniti. They have lsd, just not for anFX, G's are covered. But for us they're vested in the VDSC.

Wave track or Quaife?

For now it seems like infinity is devoting all the talent and energy to intelligent adaptive driving that's going to do more for the driver autonomy, limited slip differential's are not high on their list especially on a model they've already decided to discontinue.

That said, has anyone tried to put the differential from an all wheel drive into a Rear Wheel Dr., FX or QX?3.692 gearing should perk up 0-100 mph performance, if they work and play well with VDSC when they don't have power going to the front axles.
