LPG on first gent fx

Hello i'm considering the buying of a fx35 or 45 and installing a LPG system on it. I wanna know if any of you have done this and what do you think. I'm doing a lot of highway driving.

Also i have never owned a infiniti car so can i have some opinions about the first gen ? Is there a particular year to avoid? Things to pay attention to?

Can you tell me the consomption of the two models?

Hi there - welcome to IS! Browsing these forums is probably the best way to get the most info on what you are looking for. Use the search feature as well.

If you are into performance modifications, the FX35 is the way to go. If you get a good price on a relatively low mileage FX, that would probably carry some weight in your decision. See what's available to you (able to test drive, colors, option packages, etc) and let us know how it goes!

Hi M8.
I still dont know what to think about LPG in VQ35DE FX35, some of my friend had issues with this engine after 40 000 km on lpg but on the other hand somewhere here ( in IS) is a guy from Dominicana who has installed Tatarini system on his 35 and race on 1/4 mille :)

Check Prince, Tatarini, BRC installations. Ask for lubricant and second evaporator (!) even if seller claims that one stands for 300 KM.
 
I'm not looking for performance here, i have a gsxr to get my adrenaline UP:) I want an infiniti because it's one of the best looking cars that i have ever seen. So i want a confortable and reliable car.

45 or 35? I am looking in the forum for quite a time now, but still no answer.

About the tartarini lpg system, i have googled it and there are some opinions of guys that had some
issues with it.

Please help me to make my choise :)

And i wanna say that the forum is GREAT:)

If you have made decision about LPG so go with FX45 no issues at all! but must admit that its very hard to find good one in Europe.
Of course you spend some EUR to have you car adjusted to euro standards: add rear fog light with separate switch, and get rear indicator in orange colour - oem is red! ( Contact with MARUS - here in forum, he will help you.).
