I have a question regarding the lower window trim. To get the thin black trim off or even install a new trim do you need to go through the inside door panel to do the work? Or is it a pry off and snap in type thing?
Reason I ask is on Sat. I had the dealer replace the lower fading black window trim and they put 2 dents in the door under the lower window trim on one door. Looks like the dents were caused by a screwdriver while prying the trim off. I caught it there at the dealer after doing a walk around. The manager was called out the he then call the tech that did the work. At first the tech denied doing the damage saying he took off and reinstalled from the inside door panel not from the outside. Then when I snapped
(Dave knows) he said "ok ok I did it". After the tech walked away the manager said "I still don't think my guy did it". But he said he will do the fix. So he's saying I the customer am a lier and his employee is the honest one.
I have been getting service done at Cerittos Infiniti for 4 years now. I will give my review of them after they fix what they damaged.
Thanks
