Loud Wind noise

Hi all, I recently was driving at highway speed's (110-130 km/h) during heavy wind's, and there is a large howl type noise from the driver's side I am encountering. The first time I heard it I wrote it off to fluke, but Me and my wife have heard this noise 10-12 times now. Has anyone else had this issue?

I was on Infiniti help, and a member there had the same issue at high speed's, apparently the rubber door seal is too soft, so they replaced his with a more firm rubber seal, I wonder if it is the same issue. It seem's like maybe I am too picky, but my last two car's were Honda's(both brand new)and I never had any of these little issue's(weird transmission, poor wiper and spray nozzle design, door's not closing proper, and now strange wind noise), I still love the look's, drive and handling, I just don't like going to the dealer often. Hopefully I have reached the plateau of my issue's, and the rest of my ownership will be smooth sailing.

There were previous threads on this noise that were locked for some reason. I and others have discovered that the noise sometimes has something to do with drivers side mirror. Try folding the mirror in when the noise is present and see what happens.

Driver side door not closing well seems like it's only happening on some FXs, not mine. Not sure what to tell you.

Spray nozzles and wipers work great on mine too.

No wind noise.

I have my own issues I have with the FX, but none of the above.

I had this problem with my Z due to the rubber seal. It would be noticeably loud after 45 mph. Repair shop put new seals and that took care of the issue.

I had the same issue today for the first time, but I just bought the FX50 3 days ago, so not much test time. I accelerated to about 90 quickly to make a pass when is made the howling noise from the drivers door. Looks like my first trip to the dealer soon.

This happen to me one time when i was going about 80mph on a high way and it was very windy. I noticed the sound was coming from the driver side mirror. I guess the wind was maybe going though there and makin a sound or pushing it. When i closed the mirrors in the sound went away.
Fx's are not the most aerodynamic.
