Looking into an FX45

Hello,

I recently sold my G37s coupe 6spd and currently looking at a 2005 FX45 with 50k original miles on the clock with two previous owners asking price of $11.5k. Carfax checks out clean, is this a fair price? What are some things I should lookout or observe when I test drive? Are there any known issues with the first gen FX45 vs FX35 platform?

Oil consumption is the only long time issue I can think of, but still, that typically wouldn't show until upwards of 100k or 150k or 200k miles. Not that you can really inspect for this but maybe the seller would be forthcoming.
