i just came back from wheels shop, and paid the deposit for the wheels(finally!!!)
yet i am curious that how big the lips are
bec the shop hasnt ordered the wheels yet,
If the lips are too short, then i might choose other brand
the size is 22 x 9.5 or 22 x10 , still doesnt know it, bec the shop said he will help me call asanti and ask what's the widest that i can go

Doesn't really matter on the width of the wheels on how big you can go with the lip. But the offset of the wheels will have a greater impact. When you chose the specific asanti wheel the shop should already have information on how large the lips can be for that specific wheel with the specs you ordered.

Which asanti wheel did you order? and what was the offsett?
 
I am thinking to get AF146
and for the offset, i havent discussed with him,
I think I will to call him and confirm with him again tm

Yep as Dr.2K said width does not affect lips. Offset controls how much lip can be had. Width can control sidewall bulge if tire selection is limited.
