Looking for an aftermarket stereo with Bluetooth Capability and advanced features

Hi everyone!
I just bought a second hand 2014 QX70 and later realized that it has no bluetooth or navigation upgrade option from the dealer. I asked around to see if I can get an aftermarket stereo with all the required features (bluetooth, touchscreen, multimedia player, navigation, etc...) which are available for so many other brands/models but I hit a dead end so far and am turning to the Infiniti community for help.

I would be interested in upgrading my stock stereo as well. I have not seen too many options on here though, maybe someone can chime in!?

my 2011 fx35 didn't have nav and Bluetooth had to pay them 1500 ca more to install an aftermarket system from this company rosenelectronics

wow 2014 no bluetooth thats odd.
