Lightweight vs Relatively Heavy wheel accelleration test...

Turk its a PITA to remove completely.
Hmmm, I had the FX on the lift the other day when I was changing the oil, and looked to see how it's hooked up. I did see many nuts and bolts holding it in place, but didn't look that terrible. Looked like it'd take some time though. Am I missing something Pierce ?

I can't wait to take the tow hitch (or whatever the whole thing is called) out, I never use it. I remember reading that it weighs around 70 lbs :err:.

*ahmm.. .. hint hint* I like the tow hitch and harness, meet you by john's shop!

Well, you may to loosen the rear muffler can to get some clearance to remove the hitch. Also, if you want to perhaps sell the hitch at a later time you will have to remove the wiring harness inside the FX and under the spare tire area. Also there is a plate on the outside rear passenger side where a part of the hitch bolts onto the FX. These plates are different from the factory hitch and non hitch FX's.
