Lift gate panel removal?

Has anyone removed the lift gate panel? I need to see if I can have access to the license screw anchor that keeps spinning.
 
Yea. Push in and remove all the body panel pins. ( There are probably a couple larger "pull" type) pry out the light and the lift button disconnect the pig tails. Then find a place to pull and it'll come off

Yes the ones with the small center push in until you hear a click. The larger ones need you to pull out until a click. Then the oins should be able to slide out pretty easy. No screws.
