Lens for fogs with HID

After reading a lot of threads about hid fog lights, I decided to mod them as well.

I am looking to not only put HID but a lens as well.
I need links to where I can get them.

I have 6K HID in my main lights that are aimed pretty high but not enough to blind people.
They are beautiful. I love the way the make the reflectors and signs light up.
I am the kind of driver who love to see 500-1000ft in front of me.

I want a 4300K lights in the fogs that are pointed straight(parallel to the ground).
I want them to penetrate as far as they can.
I think that this will not bother other drivers since they are so low.

If i have no lens, then it doesn't really do a lot for me. I need far away visibility.

Please post where I can get my hands on a pair of lens. Thanks

you will need the lens and some sort of cutoff mechanism in there. Then you will need the ability to adjust them (up/down/ left right).

with just a lens, the light will go everywhere. thats why the projector foglights dont work well with HIDs.

you will need turbocad skills to do this :))

as far as the fogs blinding people, they are low enough where it wont blind them.
Maybe you can experiment with the HID kits on the stock fogs and see what a huge difference it will make already.

you can buy lens on ebay, just search HID lens. not sure what size you need for the fogs, I bought some for a HL mod.

HID's on fogs with the projector style and cut-offs do not look nearly as good or bright as just the HID bulbs on the oem reflector housing.
