left head light wont turn on

So I recent got my head light bake and painted both headlight use to work it rain today and a little mosit got in I hope it didn't short out can somebody.tell me how do I remove the hid bulb thanks guys
 
If you're sure of your connections, the next step would be to replace the balast. You can try swapping your other ballast before spending $

It's a bit awkward to remove the ballast without taking the headlight out. It's doable for sure. Just make sure you put some rag underneath the area to catch any falling screws. It will be hard to find them if any falls off.
 
Only 3 things its going to be.

Bulb
Ignitor
Ballast

You're going to have to swap all three first. Then swap in one piece from the defective side to narrow down your problem.
