Left front signal not working

Hi all!
Tried to search the forum, but no luck...
Hope this is not a repost.

Issue - front left turn signal not working
Initially it was not working only random.
Now doesn't work at all.
Checked the bulb - works fine if I connect it directly to the battery.
Checked the voltage to the housing ~0.10V (instead of 12V)
Searched the manual.
The only thing I could get from it - replace the BCM.
Can something be done before replacing the BCM?
I still didn't get from the manual how to do the diagnostic of the BCM...:bulgy-eyes: see pic
Ideas?

Step 4 is only available when using the dealers Consult-III diagnostic computer.
Have you try to swap the bulbs from the right side into it?
 
I just had this issue and it turns out it was my LED turn signal mirror wiring that got pinched and was causing a short sporadically. Have you done anything aftermarket wise to yours?
