Leather seats peeling

I have an 07 FX35 with 22,000miles. Its a sport , tech model with black leather. The drivers seat , the bulsters on the outer section are peeling. Peeling like sunburnt skin. I have never seen this before in any car that i have owned. There is the normal wear and tear creases etc, but the leather is actualy peeling. I went to infiniti dealer and they said they will not warrenty this. Thats BS, a $60k vehicle and after 2 years the seats peel, just wanted to see if this is a common issue, if I have a chance to get warrenty, Thanks.

Take it to a diff dealership... thats redic for only 20k miles

the dealership told me the same thing--its normal wear and tear from the sunlight....... they wont do it

Definitely try another dealer... This should be covered for 4 years or 60,000 miles. (4-year/60,000-mile Basic coverage).

Leather peeling is NOT normal wear and tear especially for a vehicle with only 22k miles. If the dealer won't warranty the work give a call to infiniti consumer affairs.
