LAX Area Meet

Wedding on a weekday, now that is odd. I don't think I can make it out to LAX that day.

I've attended a wedding on a weekday before. Places are cheaper on weekdays so some couples do it to save some $$$.

As for the meet I wish I was close enough to join you guys. There's no such FX meets around here.

was a $100K wedding, so I guess they saved off the 125 tag :err:
From Sushi bar to open bar, prime rib main, etc . . . 400+ people

I see. Hot and Humid (not my kind of state ). Well there are quite a few Texas FXrs on the org, but I don't know if they hold regular meets there. I know that the org did have a national meet in Texas quite a few years ago.

The difference btw Cali and all the other states is that you guys actually don't have any weather. Weather generally means it changes from hot to cold or wet to dry.. We've been getting 60+ days of continuous rain this summer . Now I know what people in Seattle go through. It's also another reason why I haven't even taken pics of my new FX :frown:

Sounds like an Asian wedding.

One of my aunts used to live in Fort Worth and I have been to Irving Texas also and I HATED the humidity! I don't mind heat but sticky sweat is the worst for me. No thank you. But the cost of living is great!

You win some you loose some. While your $600k 50+ year old 1000 sq foot fix me upper house is costing you an arm and a leg to renovate, I'm living in my castle of a house for the same price thanking the state of Texas for not taxing my income every year. You win some you loose some.
