well when i went to the OC autoshow

one of the infiniti reps said that the HIGHER UP people did not give them any money to go to the show so CERRITOS, TUSTIN, and one other infiniti dealership chipped in for the OC AUTOSHOW

so i guess they didnt have enough cash for the LA one

I think Infiniti as a company to have a lame ass excuse like that is pathetic

Nice cars. I was on the show here in seattle last year. Cool cars but not many were modded

damn, even something as classy as a bentley is not exempt from carbon fiber tackyness... can't believe what they did to that bentley man... hurts to even look at it...

Here is what i think the show it self is not what it used to be three to four years ago now that was something i would go to twice and this year frankly it was dead basically empty and the part that was the most exciting was the dub area and the fixed up vehicle area the kentia hall used to be fulllllllll of new things and accessories but it was only half the hall this year i was really dissapointed i was hoping that this year would be awsome... Nothing what so ever really grabbed my attention

I know what you mean. I would go 2 times also because ther was so much to see. Last year when I went, Kentia Hall was empty also. so if it's the same, I'm not even going to bother going. Hopefully next year will be a better turn out. Only reason I was gonna go is because I wanted to see the New M and G.

dunno, but it wasnt there. LA show is really bad

& this is why:

Infiniti showed its new 2011 M sedans at a private reception on Tuesday ahead of the Los Angeles auto showView attachment 194834. The new M sedans debut with a pair of new engines and a slew of new technologies.
Six-cylinder-equipped versions will now be designated as M37 in response to the new 3.7-liter, 330-hp V6, which packs an additional 27 hp over the previous 3.5-liter V6. Similarly, the range-topping V8 model is now known as the M56 with a 5.6-liter V8 rated at 420 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque, which marks an increase of 95 hp and 64 lb-ft of torque over the outgoing M45.
Both engines come bolted to a seven-speed automatic transmissionView attachment 194834 and both models will be available in either rear-drive or all-wheel-drive configurations.
To let drivers tailor the car's performance to specific situations, an Infiniti Drive system is standard. It gives the option of four throttle and transmission mappings--standard, sport, eco and snow modes.
For those seeking a sharper-handling M, an optional Sport Package is offered on rear-wheel-drive models. This package adds four-wheel active steering, a sport-tuned suspension, larger brakes and 20-inch wheels and tiresView attachment 194834. Cars with the Sport Package get a unique dark-finish grille and headlight housings.
Additional new technologies includes active noise control to reduce engine noise in the cabin, blind-spot intervention that automatically helps return the car to the center of the lane, active traction control, forest air system and an eco pedal that provides feedback to encourage conservative driving.
Dimensionally, the M grows in every direction, with the biggest change being the width increasing by 2.0 inches. Bodylines are swoopier compared with the outgoing model to fall in line with the rest of the Infiniti lineup.
The new M sedans go on sale next spring. The base price is expected to be close to the previous model, which starts at $46,665.
