I have a QX70 with a KPH cluster. Can I switch the cluster itself over to a US version to get the Odometer and Speedo to show MPH or would there be programming from dealer involved?

Hmm... I don't have experience with the 2nd Gen, but I'm certain there is no programming needed for the 1st Gen (2003 - 2008 FXes). From knowing how Infiniti keeps the data in the odometer itself, I bet programming is not needed. Just keep in mind, you will inherit the mileage of the replacement odometer. You can find them on eBay around $250.
