I just installed the Pop Charger filter. Do you guys recommend that i keep the stock air box around the filter to help direct air & eliminate heat or just leave it exposed & eliminate the stock box. Thanks in advance!

If you mean the long horizontal intake along the radiator, I think you should keep it. I just looked at mine, the air from there was clean, but my JWT pop where it sucked in air from the engine bay was dirty. (side along driver side near turn signal). I'm thinking about getting some aluminum to seal it so it there so it doesn't get suck grime from the engine bay.

[TD="class: alt1"]I have ordered a JWT wolf pop charger, it came with a bracket but I am not that skillfull and dont know how to install the bracket to secure the pop charger.

Can someone who has already done it please just take a pic of their engine bay and show me?

Thanks very much.. I know one end of the bracket attaches to the pop chargers longest bolt but where does the other end mount to under the hood?

There is really only one spot the bracket fits. It's actually a little lower in the FX than the Z. I bolted mine to one of the lower bolts on the filter and then to the spont on the lower part of the front shock tower.

The kit is designed for the more popular 35's, and happens to also fit 45's. The bracket is not 45 friendly. You will have to be creative to get something to work. Try to find a convenient mounting spot and then expect the strong possibility of needing to bend the bracket or fabricate a new one.

You can leave the front portion of the airbox in place and the cone filter will tuck inside and stay held up without the need for the bracket. Be sure that the end of the cone filter has the metal end cap and that the filter element does rub against anything. This configuration will gobble air from the factory snorkel path and from the engine compartment. I don't necessarily recommend this plan. With the front of the air box also removed, you can better access cooler air from down below - but you'll need a bracket to hold it up.
