Product Description
Introducing the SnowBuster! This custom fit windshield cover offers snow and ice protection for your vehicles front window. A patented design secures the cover to the outside of the windshield featuring a unique anti-theft system using handles that are locked inside the vehicle. The SnowBuster is made of strong polyester fabric that has been laminated with a silver-aluminum Mylar film. So strong it won't rip or tear and snow and ice won't stick to it! This special Mylar film was developed for the space program and is currently used for thermal barriers and heat reflectors. So put away that ice scraper and get out your SnowBuster! Don't worry, even if you install your SnowBuster over a wet winshield and the temperature drops to freezing, this heavy duty fabric isn't going to stick or crack. Simply cover your vehicle any time you park to keep snow and ice build-up off the windshield. When you're ready to go, just open the doors and remove the cover. Any snow or ice easily slides right off. The SnowBuster folds compactly for convenient storage in your back seat or trunk.

hmmm, not too sure about this. So where does the snow slide down to? what about the build up? Wont it just end up getting piled up?

exactly like that. im mr. plow, that name again is mr. plow.

i think you pull it off once the snow is on, thus removing it all from the windshield. imagine a car cover, but just for the windshield.

Just keep in mind that you need to make sure you install them correctly. I have these at home and it jacked up my accord rims pretty good. I don't think I installed them correctly (not tight enough) I don't really care for the accord so it didn't bother me, but I will be crying if I did this to my aftermarket wheels.

Thanks MTN FX, you just saved me some time, I'll be buying a pair of these too. I just moved to San Diego from New England and left my stock 18's there.

Do you rub anything on your rims to protect em from the salt?
They do not use salt up here just cinders.

Yes the red stuff are the cinders they use. I think it is ground up lava rock or at least seems like it.I hate this stuff because it's hard on the paint especially if you follow someone too close I try to hang back as much as possible when they cinder the roads.. I still think this is better than salt witch eats at everything.Hope you had fun this weekend. FYI another large snow expected on wendsday this week.
