I finally took the plunge and picked up this beauty last weekend.

I come from a 2006 maxima SE that i had for a little over 3 years. I couldnt beat the deal on the FX since it was an 05 with 30k miles with Sport and touring packages. I can tell i'm going to have a hard time driving with the windows up with the nice growl it has. :tup:
 
Thanks for the welcome guys. The mod bug has hit already, just ordered LEDs for the tag, reverse, interior and DTRL.

I look forward to learning more about the FX while making a worth while contribution to this site.

I just completed my interior LED upgrade but i do have one question.

I only have one set of keys and i found a switchblade remote/key combination on EBAY for $49.99. Has anyone bought this here and if so, how well did it work out?

Sorry i cant post the link yet since i dont have 10 posts but if you do a search there for infiniti FX keys, you'll see it.
 
Do you mean the iKey? Doesnt look like you have the tech package. So I dont think the iKey will work, unless it actual key part is uncut - and you can take it to go get it cut and have the dealer program it for you (not sure if programming is needed though)

Yup, i'm feeling uneasy only having one key. I've only ever locked myself out once 16 years ago at the self car wash FTL.
