So I'm flying back home last week and I buy an Import Tuner magazine in the Orlando airport.

As I'm thumbing through it - I see this add. Anybody else see what I see?

Brad - Poster child for HOSE CANDY, I like it. At least ask for a T- Shirt, red with white bold type - HOSE CANDY.

Good name for a band......

P.S. have them add the "free sample" Icon to your T-shirt =)

I'm thinking an entire kit for my other car...

Yes, definitely my bay - complete with the dented cross-over tube right at the bend - they covered part of the dent with the logo.

The build shop I used recommended this stuff and it really is easy to remove and replace when servicing the stuff the hoses are attached to. The silver fittings you see on the hoses are quarter turn on and off.

Here's a similar shot from my photobucket collection. Before the cross-over pipe was repaired and just before the Hose Candy kit was installed on the wastegate.

Def looks the same to me, that's crazy you caught that in a random mag. For sure get what's owed to you, they can't use pics of your ride without your permission.

That's crazy brad! Maybe the guys at powerfab might know something about all of this.

man, that's cool seeing you engine bay there & all, but I guess I'd contact them & ask them about since they didn't ask your permission to use your engine bay for there advertisements, to at least hook you up with some product for the miata:tongue (2)::tup:

Someone (from Houston) has an S2000 that was used by General Tire in one of their ads recently. He contacted an attorney. They attorney wrote a letter. First offer he took, 6000 in pocket, 4000 for the attorney, total of course was 10000.

I think he just wanted a set of their tires, although he didn't ask for something specifically.

I would have just been proud to be in one of their ad campaigns. However he is a semi professional photographer and they technically "stole" his watermarked work I guess.
