Nice color and pic! I love how guys say, "sorry for the bad pic, taken with my phone". It's actually a really nice pic, lol. :tup:
 
YES!!! Congrats, man - welcome to the owners club!!! I know it has been a long time coming - how long have you been here on IS before getting your car?

We gotsta organize a meet and I'm happy to help you install any bolt-ons if you need another set of hands.

Intake, plenum spacer, exhaust, tune - the first four mods for your car and the only power mods you'll ever need. The rest is handling and looks.

Thanks, ya that's what everyone says but blue is my favorite color and I just love the way the light gives it different shades of blue.

WOW! You seem almost as excited as I was when I was waiting for them to finish up the paperwork so I could bring my baby home. lol I'll definitely be coming to you when time comes for giving her some more VROOM!!:laugh: Thanks for the comment Jumbo!

Long time coming is an understatement, I signed up on :iS: in Sept. 09 to do some research to see if the FX was a reliable car to get into and also to see how mod friendly they are so by Dec. I was determined to get an FX. I started putting in more hrs. at work and by March of '10 they started cutting everyone's hours:mad.: . About that same time I think that's when we had our mini meet so after seeing "BIG RED" and meeting KNFX as well and seeing how beautiful the FX was in person that just pushed me over the edge! So since job #1 wasn't giving me the hrs. I wanted and needed I went out and got job #2 in May. After 9 months of busting my a** working all sorts of hrs. I finally had the $$ to start looking for my baby. Finding an FX with everything I wanted was probably harder than working the 2 jobs lol. Every single blue FX had that wheat or sand interior and me personally that is too light for me, I either wanted black or grey with the sports package. (ultimately I wanted brick but that's another headache :bomb:) So I finally found her and called right away to see if she was still available and when they said yes I wanted to do a frickin backflip !!! SO I rushed over there took a look around to see any damage but the test drive sealed the deal for me so when we got back to the dealership the salesman said "well, what do you think?" and I replied where do I sign? lol
As far as getting a meet set up I would love to get together again! Maybe we can go visit BIG RED!!:tup:
