Sorry! We had a rash of that a few weeks ago. They broke into a contractors van and took the scraping tool. Even in your own drive they do that! A few years ago they nailed my Suburban. Never got it fixed. Once the original piant is hosed it's never the same. Nobody does quaility work any more. You have to watch as they take all kinds of short cuts now days. Even using your own insurance and the lifetime warranty is a joke.

Thats F'd up. I thought the 2009's have the self-heal paint? maybe this is too deep?
The self healing paint is only meant for VERY minor scratches such as swirls from car washes and such.
