IS Wheel Studio (COMPS ONLY)

also, with the visual it's kinda hard to see what these'll really look like ....

I think the front will look too skinny compared to the rear.. Not to discourage you or anything & I know it's hard to find tires close in D to match the rear 310/30s but 315-265 = 50 mm = 5 cm difference. That's big.

rears are 315/30, fronts are 265/35, overall diameter is around the same, very minimal difference of only 4 rotations per mile, 703-707

as far as the backs being wider, don't think that'll look bad really, shit, if I coulda found & fit a 395/20 under there & tubbed I woulda, so I'm not overly concerned there... many cars have much wider rears, I think I can live with that... the rears will only stick out 3mm more than the fronts, if the front's were tucked in then yeah, mighta looked funny, but if there both pretty flush with the body I think it'll be fine...

ha!, nah, I really want the staggered look, 315's all around would make it steer very sluggish I think, & not really the look I'm going for.... can't imagine an 11" front rim....

Arent you gonna throw off your AWD, John?

The difference in D is about .1".. He probably won't have any issues with AWD but it might give false slip warnings once in a while.

- edited the incorrect difference.

on this particular tire it's just 1/10th of an inch larger in the rear... should be about the equivilent of a matched pair with partially worn tires on one end & a new set at the other, hard to know what the actual threshold of difference there is before an issue is detected, but I think it should be ok, again, fingers crossed

the awd can't be that sensative unless it's so critical to take even wheel angle into consideration... realize that when your driving, as you turn even slightly left & right the wheel speed is going to slightly differ from inner radius to outer radius.. I'd be shocked if it was so critically sensative to see any isue here, like they say though, only one way to find out:laugh:

absolute worse case would be to shave 1/10th off the rear tires, or lend them to rookie for a day:laugh:

I'm willing to bet (actually, I literally am betting, to the tune of $$$$) there will be no issue at all

& now I'm really getting to the point of jacking daves thread, sorry dude, if you want to seperate all my nonsense from your thread... sorry man

I'm pretty confident it'll be fine, either that or maybe some rwd fx is gonna have a great deal on a set of very slightly used iforged staggered wheels
