Personal opinion( don't know what your budget is but) you should look for a 08 since it was the last year 1st gen came out.

looks good , but for the mileage you may be able to talk them down to $25~26k?!
I guess it all depends on if you show them cash money lol
 
Start lower and work higher. If the car is really as clean as it looks if you end up around 26 that would be a tight deal. What other services have been done to the vehicle and do you plan on getting your own inspection done? I like that its got the aftermarket DVD set-up and both keys (some body kept track of their stuff).
 
I dont know the options on the 08 but that looks like a better deal with less mileage and lower price. But if you want a 45!!!! looks like a good deal try to get the price down due to mileage and you should be happy
