Is the Foglight housing adjustable?

Hi everyone, is the foglight housing adjustable? I took out the front bumper and foglight to repaint the bumper due to minor fender bender. After putting everything back, I have noticed that the lights are aiming upward. Housing are installed properly as in not being upside down. I also checked the bulbs and couldnt find anything wrong. any input will be appreciated. happy Friday!

there is a bolt on the fog light housing, that is adjustable, while your fogs on adjust it. Dont know which way you need to move the bolt, but try and see..
