Directly, no. One of the pieces included with every "cone filter style" intake kit is an adapter that allows the cone filter to attach to the MAF sensor housing.

you can go that way but you're asking for too much work. besides, i thought you wanted a louder exhaust so why not get an aftermate air intake? you might like the whistling sound it will give you, not so much for power gains though.
