Is it possible to run an aftermarket Receiver and OEM Audio Unit together?

Is it possible to run both an aftermarket receiver and the OEM audio unit together? reason i'm asking is i want to be able to use the 6 CD changer on the OEM audio unit.

Yea you might be better off just getting an aftermarket reciever that can support 6 disks. You would have to somehow be able to switch outputs between you stock hu and aftermarket hu. Or why not look into getting a receiver that can support an ipod? Then you dont have to worry about CD's at all. Most people relocate the stock hu if you dont have nav.
