iPod/iPhone Not Charging with Infiniti Interface System for iPod/iPhone

  • SERVICE INFORMATION Please be aware that a recent design change was made by Apple to their iPod® and iPhone® products. As a result of this change, some customers may report that their iPod®/iPhone® device does not charge while connected to the InfinitiInterface System for iPod®. After Apple's design change, these new devices only support charging via a 5-volt source, which the Interface System does not provide. See this bulletin for further detail.
 
My 2008 fx35 was totaled in a garage collapse in July

My reason for not posting lately is because I lost my 2008 first Fx35 on July 16 in a gargage collapse that occured in North Jersey. I bought the car in May as well as joined IS. I started the projects that included,tinted windows, added a Z-tube, K&N filter and HID foglilghts all as a result of my IS experience. I really became attached to that sweet looking black beauty, which really stood out because of her protuding wind deflectors.
Not sure of which direction I wanted to go car wise because I became so attached the FX. I waited for time to pass and while scrolling the internet in August, I found a fully loaded blue AWD 2009 FX 35 (w/11,800mi) with sport / nav. package and 20in. wheels at a local Inifinity dealer. I bought the car but I don't know if I want to do all the stuff I did to the first FX or if it's really worth the effort.
All that being said I'm back.
 
Welcome back, but bro this thread is specifically for the Ipod TSB, not a welcome thread lol.
 
Mine is doing this ever since I've had my iPhone.

I also have an iPod touch and after I did the software update on the ipod it stopped charging. F U Apple

Get the cablejive dockstubz, it's much better than the scosche unit and no feedback.
