Ipod integration and nav/TV on 2005 FX 35 w/ Tech Package

Hello fellow FXer's,

I'm new to the infiniti fx club as I just purchased a 2005 FX 35 w/tech package and rear DVD entertainment, and back up cam. Now I want to do some mods and I hope to find some help and support on this site! I know there are a lot of threads on this subject but I can't seem to piece all of them together as to what I would hope to accomplish. Here is what I want to do, followed by some questions I need clarification on.

I want to;
- Install a mediabridge from audiovox to incorporate bluetooth and ipod integration
- install a nav/tv (or similar product to play iphone videos on the nav screen)
- Be able to play dvd's on rear entertainment system and be able to watch on both navigation screen and rear screen
- Be able to play videos from iphone to both navigation screen and rear screen

The questions I have are;
- I researched nav/tv and similar products (navtool), they have two inputs; one for any type of video source and the other for a back up cam. Now I have a back up cam on my FX, would that continue to work as is if I install navtool without having to use the back up cam video input? Could I use that input for another video source?
- to be able to do what I want such as watch the same videos on both nav screen and rear screen, would I need to splice or tap into wires? Or are there any plug n play's available?

I don't need any information on how to take apart my dash or anything as there are is a ton of information on here that I found. I just need help on if what I want to do is even possible? I checked many forums and lots are able to do half of what I want but I havn't found any answers on exactly what I want.

Thanks for all the help!

No, I did not touch any camera components. Yes, I do have rear DVD system. I hooked into a video wire from NavTV to DVD to show movies on front screen. I had to install a On/Off switch to turn video on front screen

Which is the video wire that you tapped into to allow playing movies from your DVD player? Did you tap into it with a RCA cable? Then connected that to the NAVTV unit? When you purchased the NAVTV unit, did it come with a plug and play wiring harness?
