iPod/Auxilary Input

Hey guys,
Couldn't find a thread for it..
So I'm wondering if there is a way to connect an ipod or auxilary device to my 06' fx?
I've had a kit for my truck- ( 03' Dodge Ram 2500 [now sold] ) and the thing was a hefty dollar.
don't wanna spend that much this time. Any easy budget ways to do it? preferably a DIY

thanks in advance

Not sure if there is a cheaper alternative for the reliability and sound quality you might be expecting, the USASPEC is right on the money. For me it was a lot cheaper and much better choice than a whole new unit as my CD and cassette players were damaged beyond economic repair.

I have been using one of them FM transmitters before and was just horrible.

Looks real simple to install... Just looking for a more cost efficient way...
Is this even possible to do it on a small budget?
I'm using one of those cheap radio transmitter things, it sucks.
Find used ones on eBay or Infiniti/Nissan forums.
Also, I used an FM transmitter before switching to the auxillary option.
It was pretty good, almost perfect. Except the price was 69.99 before discount. from iSimple

HI
I have 2005 Infiniti fx35 with factory nav and satellite radio witch is active and i am using it.
I bought MB 1500-nissan. Config the dip switch 1-on 2-off to use the sat radio. connect MB to the radio with 16 pin harness witch come with MB turn the ignition on the nav screen come on but the radio did not start. I disconnect the harness from the MB and every thing work.
While the radio work I connect the MB the radio stop playing after 3 sec. the radio freeze non of the buttons work cant turn off cant volume up or down.

My question is the unit defective or my radio is not compatible I dont have CAT button.
