Invidia Gemini EXHAUST LEAK?!?!

So I installed my Invidia High flow cats 2 days ago and I noticed a smell in the cabin and hissing it felt louder than it should as well. Great maybe I didnt tighten it down enough. So I look for it today and its not the gasket but the slip joint with a spring on the midpipe (before x pipe) is definitely leaking on both sides. It seems like there should be a flex pipe in place of the joint...? I am going to replace all the other gaskets for the Gemini as well but anyone had this problem? Anyone else had to fix this? You think I can just tighten it with some exhaust clamps? Thanks e10fcc2696f90c42250cd7ea3737e88a.jpg

UPDATE: trying clamping it... and it leaked. Tried using some exhaust sealant and it cracked. Not sure what else to do...

I would take it to a muffler shop and weld two flanges to bolt together.

That's made to have some play if you weld it then it'll just Crack. I had lots of issues with my invidia. Ended up welding all of the flanges and what not. Also had to weld my high flow cats because they cracked.

Im going to call Invidia to see whats up. I might think about chopping it off and welding a flex pipe. The HFCs crack because they dont use the OEM bracket like Berk, Cnt... i was planning on welding that on as well

Took care of half this exhaust leak. it leaks where the spring is but not as bad. All of my gaskets now need to be replaced. Tge leak could even be the exhaust flanges. Honestly... one of the worse exhaust systems I have experienced. Its just that anything that gets welded cracks or something like that. I just wish EVERYTHING went smoothly... Got off the phone with Invidia and they said they cant do much about it.. this is how they make all the Gemini Catbacks. Any suggestions?

Does anyone else with the Invidia Gemini have leaks here? I honestly NEVER knew it leaked until the HFC install...

ok so now all the gaskets on the catback (x pipe, 2 long pipes, axleback) all leak. I just switched them out with vibran performance gasket and they still leak. the flanges will NEVER seat right. Whats the best solution. Im about damn readly to just cut flanges off and figure something out. If I cut the flanges, what do I weld or clamp on?

Anyone have any success with Permatex RTV ultra copper? i want to just cover all around where the flanges connect
