intermittent/short duration small rpm increase during braking

As this is a relatively new TSB, i dunno if this is the fix for harsh down shifting on fx, but i will get it re flashed as i send my car in for service next month, and those of you who already got TSB applied to your car, please post your results here.
 
There is no transmission update for the 2010 FX for the harsh downshifting. It was only for 2009 models only built before a certain date. You have a 2010 so yours has the new software already so the dealer won't do anything.

but this tsb says it applies to 2010 fx35 and m35, although its not a update for tcu, but it might have been the ecu thats causing harsh down shift.
 
I have the same issue, took it to the dealership three times, end result ... shop foreman claims that its the characteristic of the FX. BTW i have the 09 FX50.
