Installing Navagation

I don't have an fx yet, but plan to buy one in the next few months. The problems is I want to put an aftermarket nav kit in it but when I went to my audio guy he said they don't sell a kit. This is a very basic question. How hard is it to install a nav unit in a 07 or 08 fx or should I just buy one with the Tech package? Thanks
 
Bro if I was you.. I just simply get one with the tech package..

If you will install a aftermarket nav system anyways just get a FX without it.

If it's that important to you then just get one with the Tech Package.

You guy is right. There is not kit out there in the market. Yet there is one guy who was successful in getting on his ride but with limitations on how to input the data to appear on the stock scree.
 
Buy with tech! For the little more that it will cost you to buy one with the tech package it would cost alot more to put in something aftermarket
 
Get the Tech! . . . but if you cannot, this option works for me . . & you can take it to go

Buy a base fx cause u gonna end up paying like an extra 2-3 k for a tech package u buy an aftermarket navi and u will save 2 grand I got a pioneer system DVD Bluetooth and navi for 750 if u want
