Ink Stains on Dash

I recently bought a used 08 fx35, and just noticed some blue pen marks on the dash board. I was wondering if anyone would know what type of products i can use to get this off?

FOLEX cleans anything better than anything I've tried this stuff is amazing and organic too no harsh chemicals. Works great on upholstry too.---

There are some stains in the back seat from a baby seat so i'll try it out on the upholstery.
