Well i installed from g37 injen intake for my fx35 2010. it was piece of cake ,besides to add metal stuff to hold the intake

I noticed car is slow now to respond. Any ideas? Sound is great, but performance not so much

^Good deal!

I'm going to keep a look out on some used one's too. How long did it take to install? And did your Service Engine Soon light come on? Someone did it on here with their 09 FX35 and the service engine soon light came on after driving it for a few days with the intakes on.

Took me one hour to do it very slowly. Most of time it took to make brakets :-) Other stuff is simple I would say total project is 3/10. No error codes.

10/10 is change whole engine :-)
1/10 is wash car :-)

Your car is now sucking in hot engine air from both intakes instead of nice cold air from the forward scoops attached to the airbox. Hot air vs colder outside air makes a big difference. Also the extra air may confuse the MAF sensor.

it dries great. After a few hours driving, car ajusted to a ot of air flow :-)
