Injector Cleaner??

Just made my very first appointment with the dealer because I realized the moonroof is leaking while i took it in for a car wash. So, that should be under warranty, right??

Also, the dealer mentioned about doing the "injector cleaning package" and I turned it down. Is that really a good and neccessary thing to do?? If so, can't I just buy those "Injector Cleaner fuel" at the stores and I can even pick the nicer ones too.

Anyone has any good recommendation on "Injector Cleaner"??

Thanks :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

any brands?? I read about Seafoam and Techron...

Also, my car is at 25k, and without knowing the history of it, should I have it done with the "injecter cleaning machine" at the dealerships first and then use the "fuel cleaner" as a self-maint on??

Techron is good, but should I get the machine cleaning first before starting the self-mant of Techron, becoz ppl saying that the "injector fuel" would get the system clogged up if it's been bad - but I have no way of knowing how bad/not-bad my system is since I didn't know its history. I believe I can take the injectors out for insepction maybe.
