Stay away from Metro Infiniti of Monrovia!!! Personally if I were you I would go down to Steven at Infiniti of Van Nuys. If thats out of your way, Glendale Infiniti is pretty legit.

Personally, I've been to Metro Infiniti in Monrovia a bunch of times and I've never had a bad experience. Ask for Cheryl if you go there for service.
If you're looking for a small independent in the area, I recommend Arcadia Service Center (40 E. Duarte Rd) for any car basic service. Samy is that rare honest mechanic. He's never seen my Infiniti, but a few other of my cars throughout the years.

If you're near Van Nuys go to Carzone Auto Repair at 7795 Sepulveda Blvd. It's an independent shop owned by an Infiniti master tech. Ask for William and tell him IlovemyFX sent you. William runs Infinitihelp.com.
Nothing but good reviews from Cheryl @ metro Infiniti. She's held a few meets for us. Great service manager.

I actually got my FX serviced there and met up with Cheryl when Karen and I were on our road trip a couple years ago. I was totally satisfied with the service there.

Cheryl is great yes. her service guys not so much. I came in for a weird rattle one time and they told me it was because a crack in my windshield. They show me a crack that wasnt there before. Tried to make me pay for a new windshield. Resolved issue through the dealers GM. Another time, my airbag light wouldnt turn off so they said no worries. Got the car back with a huge crease down my headliner and dirty marks everywhere. And everything did not fit right and had gaps everywhere. And they said no worries we will replace the headliner. Got the headliner replaced but the afternoon I had droppednit off, they left the car outside in front of the dealer overnight... I havent gone back since.
